Duties:
- Program ,set up and operate CNC turret punch machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Determine the correct dimensions and tolerances for each part
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements
- Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
- Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality and productivity
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

 

Skills:
- Ability to operate press machines and make necessary adjustments
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience working with different types of sheet metal is a must
- Knowledge of using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with hand tools used in press operations
-Ability to lift up to 70 pounds 

- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day.

- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with machine operation

Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm. Overtime required as needed.
