TV Mounting Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and experienced TV Mounting Technicians to perform outdoor TV installations for residential and commercial customers. You will work independently to assess the job site, install various types of TV mounts, and offer cable concealment solutions to ensure a clean, professional setup. This position is ideal for self-starters with strong technical skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable mounting options.
  Safely install flat-screen TVs, including outdoor/weatherproof models, on drywall, concrete, brick, stucco, or siding.
  Configure and calibrate TVs for optimal picture and sound.
• Offer professional cable concealment solutions, including:
• In-wall cable routing
• Surface-mounted cable covers
• Neat and organized external wiring
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to signal, mounting, AV setup, or equipment.
• Keep the job site clean and organized at all times.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and ensure satisfaction before leaving the site.
• Work with a second technician when handling large, heavy-duty TV installations.

✅ Qualifications:

• (Preferrable) Experience with TV installation and home electronics.
• Familiarity with Audio Visuals equipment, media devices, and cable management.
• Comfortable lifting and mounting TVs weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Own set of tools (drill, stud finder, anchors, level, ladder, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and problem-solve on the job.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Additional Information:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
• You manage your own schedule and workload based on demand.
• You must supply your own tools and transportation.
• We will cover gas expenses for travel distances exceeding 20 miles (one way) and any other job-specific site expenses.
• Some installations may require you to work with a partner for safety and lifting support.
