ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grind the raw material

• Load and empty continuous cooker, pre-breakers, augers, swecos and presses


• Be able to operate control panels and steam valves for cooker system


• Communicate with Press Operator throughout shift to ensure procedures are being followed


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis


• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently


• Must have knowledge of all areas of the ByProducts plant


• Be detail orientated


• Must be able to work in a hot environment


• Be able to stand undesirable aromas

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Experience working in a rendering plant
