Cherry Hills Country Club is looking for a bartender capable of working in a fast paced and exciting F&B environment. Twenty Two is a member’s only restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a full bar and patio. The bartender is responsible for making drinks for servers along with serving the bar top. Candidates must be extremely personable and knowledgeable about menus, cocktails, hospitality etc. Private Club service preferred.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Taking orders from members, knowing POS system and successfully serving tables during lunch/dinner service.

· Keeping the bar and surrounding areas clean, presentable, and stocked at all times.

· Knowing the food and bar menu to ensure accuracy for all orders.

· Creating a professional and inviting experience for the members.

· Keeping a list of low stock and ordering more when needed.

· Knowing how to make drinks and tend a bar responsibly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Successful candidates will have experience working in private clubs and/or luxury hospitality environments with a strong knowledge of sprits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails.

· Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, ability to work with a team, and an engaging personality.

· Applicants should have excellent communication skills with which to maintain and build relationships with the members of the club.

· The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time is necessary.

· Applicants will understand high-level service and generous hospitality.

· Country Club experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position offered at $20 per hour plus service charge pool. Full-time eligible employees will be offered health benefits (including medical, dental, vision, Life & disability etc.), 401(k) after waiting period, seven paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick pay (after meeting eligibility waiting period.)
