Twin Infant Nanny in Renton

👶 About the Kiddos:

Two sweet premie twins (formula-fed) who will need gentle care and close attention. Feedings happen every 2–3 hours, and every bottle and diaper will need to be logged. You’ll also give baths every 5 days, trim nails weekly, and do a weekly temperature check.

🧼 Nanny Duties (Baby-Focused Only!):

• Bottle prep & feeding

• Diapering, logging meals + changes

• Baby laundry & dishes

• Restocking & sanitizing baby supplies

• Keeping the baby area tidy & organized

• Bathing and nail trimming

• Taking on stroller walks + attending doctor appointments

🧤 Must-Haves:

• Twin experience (must be confident solo)

• All current vaccines: COVID, flu, Tdap, measles, etc.

• Willingness to wear latex gloves while touching babies

• Great communication — if you're feeling even slightly under the weather, this family will want to skip care that day

• No cry-it-out here — soothing, holding, and responding with care is the style

• Comfortable with a WFH parent (dad) who’s there to step in when needed

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license & insurance

• 2+ years of professional childcare experience

• Willing to complete a background screening and provide references
