Librarian Administrator - Lead Worker
This position reports to District Operations Management. Duties for the Librarian Administrator include the following:
" Act as project lead.
" Under the direction of District Operations management, supervise and direct other contract staff with the agency's backfile project.
" Work with program management for direction and guidance on the district backfile project.
" Develop processes and efficiencies in the process.
" Provide project updates to senior management.
" Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.
" Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.
" Prep and scan individual documents using a high speed scanner.
" Sweep document into Unity Client.
" Identify indexing information (metadata).
" QA ingested document.
