Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster growth and curiosity.

Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a supportive community.

Assess and document children's progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration.

Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Implement positive behavior management techniques to encourage social skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or teaching role.

Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.

Ability to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
