Job Description
We are looking for patient, loving, teachers at our brand-new location that are enthusiastic, patient, and love teaching! We offer a competitive salary, paid medical insurance, 401K, PTO, and partner with TEACH so our staff can further their early childhood education. Positions include Lead Teachers, Assistants, and Floaters. We have the best faculty, families, and BRAND-NEW facility...join our family today!
Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to obtain fingerprinting ($62.00) or Worked in a License Child Care within six months

  • Ability to obtain a negative TB test ($59.00)

  • Ability to obtain CPR card within 30 days and complete all state mandated coursed within 30 days

  • High School Diploma at minimum, C.D.A., Associates, or Bachelor's preferred

  • Reliable Transportation (please see location)

  • Able to work any shift between 7:00 am- 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, early literacy, etc. ) to build young children's development.

  • Help toddlers to improve their social competencies and build self-esteem and self help skills

  • Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments

  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche

  • Collaborate with other educators

  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment

Skills

  • Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and early childhood educational methods

  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms

  • Excellent communication and instructional skills

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
