TX, OK, AR, MS, LA, Western TN CDL A Driver

Want to see the Southwest and be home every week? You can enjoy shorter hauls and more consistent home time. You’ll be driving newer equipment as well!

Job Details:

Pay: $1200 gross per week.

CPM: 54-60cpm based on exp.

Home Weekly: Get home every week for 34-hour reset.

Southwest Regional Routes: Will run TX, OK, AR, MS, LA, Western TN

Shorter Hauls: Average length of haul is 300 miles, allowing for more frequent stops and starts closer to home.

No-Touch Freight

Modern Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.

Bonuses:

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity,

Qualifications:
3 months tractor and trailer experience
Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
Urine/ Hair drug test
Clean Records

Responsibilities:

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer to transport goods efficiently across designated routes.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and cargo details.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries.
