 What You'll Do

• Safely transport students and authorized passengers to school, field trips, and other school-related outings
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and radio checks before each route
• Assist students during pick-up and drop-off, ensuring they’re safely seated before continuing
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures with care — safety is our top priority
• Maintain order and a respectful environment onboard; report any behavioral or safety concerns
• Complete post-trip checks to ensure no students are left in the vehicle
• Keep your van fueled, clean, and alert the team of any maintenance needs

What You Bring

• A valid Minnesota driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one)
• A strong commitment to student safety and excellent driving habits
• Patience, reliability, and a calm demeanor — especially when working with kids
• The ability to follow procedures, communicate clearly, and document your activity

 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with children or transporting students with special needs
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and school transportation regulations

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance and close vision, color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision.
• The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud to where you must raise your voice to be heard.
