Our Potential Opportunity  

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Industrial Intelligence team. INTECH IIS applications are built on its proprietary Industry 4.0 platform. They help address operational, optimization, and performance challenges faced by industries, be it in manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical & process, food & beverages, or metals & mining. These applications harness the capabilities of artificial intelligence, machine learning, physical and knowledge modeling, and visualizations for analyses on real-time and historical big data.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs
• Creating wireframes, visual interfaces, and prototypes; annotating the wireframes; collaborating with other designers, analysts, consultants, and developers; making sure the interaction is addressed correctly
• Incorporate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, outline digital experiences screen by screen, working with front-end development teams
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for refining and enhancing the user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain our visual asset library, ensuring that all assets are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to cross-functional teams.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field with 3 - 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on web and mobile interfaces, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to design and implement effective UX processes such as User Interviews, Personas, User Journey Mappings, Prototyping, Feedback Loops, Data-Driven Design, A/B Testing, etc
• Skilled with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles, with a keen eye for detail.
