UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interface components such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring a consistent and attractive look and feel.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and function of our digital products.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications to support development and iteration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and a high-quality implementation.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, web standards, and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into design improvements.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
