You will contribute to providing excellent service and resolving issues to enhance the customer experience within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, maintenance tips, and service appointments.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Document customer interactions for record-keeping and future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for vehicles and knowledge of automotive terminology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer management software and computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
