Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide information on flight schedules, airport services, and airline policies.
• Assist customers with their travel arrangements and provide recommendations for a smoother travel experience.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with airline partners and operational teams to provide timely solutions to customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
