This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality service and support to clients in the financial sector. As a representative, you will assist customers with their banking inquiries while communicating effectively in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, account information, and transaction details via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Guide customers through account openings, loan applications, and other banking processes.
• Provide accurate information about banking policies, fees, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and keep records up to date in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and support customer needs.
• Stay informed about products and services to provide reliable information and recommendations.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex inquiries.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking systems, policies, and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
