Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to biotechnological products and services, providing outstanding support in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, research services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide information on product features, usage guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Assist customers with order management, including tracking shipments and processing returns.
• Resolve customer problems and inquiries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the technical support and sales teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the biotechnology or life sciences sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computing applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed and adapt to changing customer requirements.
