You will be a vital point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the assistance and information they need in their preferred language.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries related to construction services, projects, and products via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide detailed information on services, timelines, and pricing to clients.
• Assist customers with order processing, project updates, and service modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain an organized record of inquiries.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to address customer requests and enhance service delivery.
• Stay knowledgeable about construction industry developments and company offerings to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
