This role is designed for individuals passionate about education and eager to help students navigate their learning journeys. As a representative, you will provide assistance to learners and educational institutions, ensuring they receive top-notch service in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate courses or programs based on their needs and interests.
• Assist with account management tasks, including enrollment, technical support, and billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with educators and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay informed on educational trends, platform updates, and course offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
• Ability to convey complex information in an accessible way to assist customers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
