As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to financial services, ensuring they have a positive experience while communicating in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products, account management, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide detailed information on financing options, application processes, and account features.
• Assist customers with transaction inquiries and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on finance products, industry regulations, and company offerings to provide informed responses.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easily understandable manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiar with basic financial terminology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
