As a customer service representative, you will assist patients and healthcare providers in navigating services while communicating effectively in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance coverage via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide information on available healthcare options, medical procedures, and facility services.
• Assist patients with the appointment scheduling process and follow up on inquiries regarding their healthcare needs.
• Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to enhance service delivery and patient experiences.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
• Ability to understand and manage sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple inquiries.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
