This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others navigate IT-related inquiries. In this position, you will provide essential support to clients and customers in the tech field, ensuring they receive clear and accurate assistance in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to customers.
• Guide clients through software and hardware support issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product developments to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer service software and basic IT knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
