Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service for Insurance industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the insurance industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to helping others and want to provide exceptional service in a critical sector. You will assist clients in navigating their insurance inquiries and claims, utilizing your fluency in Ukrainian to ensure effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims processing, and general information via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide clear guidance on policy coverage, benefits, enrollments, and renewals.
• Assist clients in completing claims forms and troubleshooting any issues with their claims.
• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and product offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
