Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in manufacturing processes. As a customer service representative, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction while communicating effectively in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide accurate information about product specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations as required.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with production and delivery teams to provide real-time updates to customers.
• Stay informed about manufacturing processes, products, and industry trends to enhance customer support.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
