As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries and ensure they have a delightful experience with our media and entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues.
• Offer information on new releases, features, and promotions within the media and entertainment sector.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and strive to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment industry, is preferable.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of digital media services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
