Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescription processes, and health-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide accurate information about product usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order placement and fulfillment.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and regulatory guidelines to provide relevant information.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Empathetic approach to customer interactions and a commitment to patient care.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
