As part of our team, you will assist clients in understanding renewable energy services and address their inquiries in Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy services, policies, and products via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Provide information on energy efficiency, solar, wind, and other renewable solutions available to customers.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and coordinating with technical specialists for resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about developments in renewable energy technologies and services to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
