Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Ukrainian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and possess a strong understanding of the retail sector. In this role, you will assist customers in their shopping experience, addressing inquiries and providing support in Ukrainian to ensure their needs are met with the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to products, services, and store policies via phone, email, and live chat in Ukrainian.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and tracking shipments.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to provide up-to-date information on product availability.
• Participate in training programs to deepen understanding of retail products and services.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
