As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Ukrainian, assisting them with their telecommunications needs and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian.
• Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and modifications to their services.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and service availability.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide current information to customers.

• Fluency in Ukrainian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
