The Ultrasound Technologist independently operates sonographic equipment and processes diagnostic images according to operation and safety procedures. They are responsible for accurate and consistent quality images using fixed or mobile equipment. ◼ Associate's or bachelor's degree required. ◼ Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonographer program. ◼ Registered (or registry eligible) sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS). ◼ Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. ◼ Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work effectively. ◼ Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and patient experience standards. ◼ BLS Certified at the time of employment, or within the first 3 months. .
