Ultrasound Technologist

Well\-established hospital located north of Lake Charles, LA is looking for a full\-time permanent Ultrasound Technologist to join their team. Details are below.

Pay: $29.61 \- $44.42/hour

Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:

• On call pay for Ultrasound is $5.00 per hour or 25% of base hourly rate, whichever is greater. This amount will be capped at a maximum of $8.00 per hour.
  


• Prepare patients, explain procedures, address concerns, ensure comfort, and obtain medical history
  


• Ultrasound Technologist will operate ultrasound equipment, position patients correctly, acquire high\-quality diagnostic images, and identify normal vs. abnormal findings.
  


• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensure exam room readiness, and follow safety protocols.
  


• Schedule: Monday – Friday (1pm – 9pm)
  

Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:

• Ultrasound Technologist must have ARDMS
  


• Open to new grads
