About the Role

We are seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Guards to provide protective services at apartment communities in Denver, Colorado. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow structured post orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the assigned property.


• Observe and report all activities, suspicious behavior, and potential safety hazards.


• Maintain clear and professional Daily Activity Reports (DARs) using company reporting tools.


• Upload photos, updates, and incident details into company communication channels.


• Verify and document interactions with residents, visitors, and contractors:

• Call 911 in case of emergencies and notify site management and company leadership.


• Enforce site rules respectfully and de-escalate situations when necessary.


• Maintain proper use and accountability of security equipment, access keys, and company phone.


• Ensure patrol vehicle is fueled, clean, and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Unarmed Security License (Denver requirement) – must be current and valid.


• At least 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.


• Strong communication and report-writing skills.


• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.


• Professional appearance (uniform provided).


• Must pass background check and drug screening.


• Ability to use smartphones/apps for reporting and communication.

Uniform & Equipment

• ZFC polo (provided)


• Black or khaki tactical pants


• Black tactical boots/shoes


• Company phone and patrol vehicle

Schedule

• Shifts are typically 12 hours (day and night coverage).


• Candidates must be flexible for weekends and holidays.
