We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Associate to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time position, scheduled from 11:00PM to 07:00AM, with required availability to work every other weekend.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.

  • Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.

  • Monitoring CCTV Cameras.

  • Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.

  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.

  • Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must own several dark-colored suits.

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.

  • Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.

  • Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • CPR, First Aid, and AED training are a plus but not mandatory as all employees will receive training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Ability to climb and descent stairways.

  • Be able to respond quickly and professionally to assistance requests.

  • Able to lift 25 pounds.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
·        Pay ranges from $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
