Unbranded Dispatcher

 Job Location: THBA in Morgan Hill, CA

FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act): Exempt

Reporting Structure: Wholesale Manager

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually

About the Company

THBA is a trucking company that delivers fuel and other dispensed products to facilities across the state of California. 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a person to be a part of our Dispatch team. This person needs to be flexible in working hours, team player, good communicator, outspoken, self-motivated.

• General Working Days: Five days a week, rotating schedule with weekends based on business needs
• General Working Hours: Full time- 40 hrs. / week.

Responsibilities:

· Take customer orders over the phone

· Order Entry in proprietary software

· Schedule delivery with the trucking company

· Resolve loading issues with trucking companies

· Communicate with customers and/or salespeople via email, phone, or text on order confirmation or issues

· Data entry for the daily price emails or other general data entry

· Set up new customers

· Work with invoicing team so we bill customers accurately or pass information on pricing day deals to accounting team

 Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and text
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle delivery and scheduling issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software (preferred)
• Flexible, self-motivated team player with willingness to work on-call weekends
• Team player- Ability to work with a diverse team from various backgrounds
