Underground Installer

We’re hiring experienced Underground Installers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that treats its team like family. What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, and replace underground sewer and drainage systems on residential and light commercial properties


• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and utility locates


• Operate excavation equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently


• Follow safety protocols and work within local plumbing codes


• Collaborate with crew members and communicate effectively with project managers


• Leave job sites clean, safe, and ready for inspection

What You Bring:

• Experience with underground utilities, sewer, or drainage installation (1+ years preferred)


• Knowledge of slope, grade, pipe materials, and proper installation methods


• Ability to operate mini excavators, compactors, and other trenching tools


• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)


• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work in various weather conditions


• Comfortable with physical labor and problem-solving in the field
