We are looking for a Labor / Operator that is not afraid to get dirty and has experience with underground utilites, sewer, water and storm. As well as some experience with heavy equipment! We are a family ran and operated business that need hard working employees to get the job done. We are an underground utilities and grading company. GRADING

Southern Utilities & Grading offers both commercial and residential grading services in the greater Charlotte area. We are here for all your grading needs!

UNDERGROUND PIPING

Southern Utilities & Grading can offer all water and sanitary installs and connections. Sanitary includes sanitary pipe, manholes, laterals, grinder pumps, tie-ins to existing sanitary lines. Water includes water meters, large valves, and tie-ins to existing water lines.

DEMOLITION

We offer demolition services on commercial and residential sites.
