Unified Communications Deployment Specialist (Avaya to MS Teams) - Deployed CONUS

Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of communications networks. Responsible for providing assistance and technical support for network design activities. Assists in the review/assessment of user needs. Provides systems guidance for current and proposed investments in telecommunications and network facilities and/or services from the development of communications software through financial implementation review. Develops telecommunications solutions to address user needs. Assists in the design, devleopment, and testing of communications software interface programs. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. COntributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Site surveys Identifying equipment needed for deployment Update trackers as required for proper configuration and installations Installation, test, document, and training of newly installed solution Monitor and troubleshoot EVoIP systems Identifying potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance Assist with inventory tracking Assist with O&M Avaya, Microsoft TAC, Power BI Minimum 5 years of experience to include technical support for network design activities In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
