As a Benefits Coordinator, you’ll meet virtually with union members and working families to help them understand their benefits, review their coverage options, and make informed decisions about protecting the people who matter most to them.

No experience? That’s completely fine.

We don’t expect you to walk in knowing the insurance industry — that’s our job to teach you. You’ll receive comprehensive training, hands-on support, and one-on-one mentorship from experienced leadership as you learn and grow.

What we’re looking for can’t really be taught: work ethic, ambition, coachability, and the drive to create something bigger for yourself.

Tasks

💻 WHAT YOU’LL DO

🤝 Meet With Families Virtually
Conduct scheduled Zoom appointments with union members and their families.

📋 Review Available Benefits
Walk members through their benefits and explain their options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

🛡️ Provide Personalized Solutions
Help families determine which coverage options best fit their individual needs and goals.

📝 Assist With Enrollment
Guide members through the application and enrollment process from start to finish.

📞 Follow Up & Build Relationships
Stay connected with members, answer questions, and provide continued service after enrollment.

🎯 Manage Your Business
Maintain your schedule, follow up consistently, and stay organized while working independently from home.

📚 Train & Develop
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continuously sharpen your skills. 0
