Unit Clerk / Medical Records : Full Time

Responsibilities:

Maintain patient records
Schedule appointments
Answer phone calls
Assist with administrative tasks
Transcribe medical orders
Coordinate with healthcare staf

Qualifications:

High school diploma
experienced in Medical Records
LTC/SNF experience a plus
Serious applicants
CNA ( a plus)
