• Print commission sheets and weekly coaching summaries for management
• Follow up on Samsara driving scores and communicate concerns to the right manager
• Obtain job permits and track permit status and documentation
• Schedule fleet and equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs with vendors, and keep the Unit Manager updated on downtime
• Coordinate regular inventory audits with the inventory cage team and make sure purchase orders are entered accurately and on time
• Review Coast transactions for proper coding, documentation, and timely submission
• Consolidate informational meetings into one 90-minute block and organize materials

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operations coordination, office administration, or service business support (preferred)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
• Clear communication and customer service skills, and comfort working with field employees, managers, and vendors
• Accuracy reviewing timecards, transaction records, purchase orders, and reports, and the discretion to protect confidential employee and business information
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and business systems
• Experience with Samsara, Coast, timekeeping, service management, or inventory software is a plus

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• In office, no field work required

Benefits

• Health, dental, and vision insurance, all starting day one
• 401(k) with company match up to 4%
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Holiday pay
• Paid training
• Stable, growing company under new management
• Part of the Neighborly family of home service brands

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
