Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Unit Public Affairs Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the public image and communication of our company, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and promote our services

- Act as a liaison between the company and the public, including media outlets, community organizations, and government agencies

- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials

- Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to promote our brand and services

- Coordinate and organize events, such as open houses and community outreach programs, to increase brand awareness and generate leads

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive image of the company is maintained

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, as well as local and national events that may impact the company's image

- Prepare and present reports on public relations activities and their impact on the company's reputation and business goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for a business

- Knowledge of public relations best practices and strategies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

- Knowledge of the local community and its key influencers is a plus
