Position: Unit Public Affairs Representative

As a Unit Public Affairs Representative, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the public image of our company. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets, including newspapers, radio, and television stations

- Write and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote company news and events

- Monitor media coverage and respond to any negative or inaccurate information about the company

- Plan and execute public relations events, such as press conferences and community outreach programs

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns

- Serve as a spokesperson for the company in media interviews and public speaking engagements

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with community leaders and organizations

- Assist with crisis communication and reputation management strategies

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations and implement them into the company's strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong media relations and networking abilities

- Experience with social media management and digital marketing

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
