Job Description
FLSA: Salaried
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Duties:
30% - Program Operations and Development
20% - Program Evaluation and Outcomes Reporting
20% - Program Outreach and Planning
15% - Staff Development & Supervision
10% - Stakeholder Communication & Dissemination
5% - Special projects
Preferred Education & Experience:
The ideal WRBH Program Manager will possess: strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives; experience in developing and managing extramurally grant programs; expertise in education program planning, training delivery, and technical assistance models; knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design approaches; the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and apply continuous quality improvement; excellent strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and experience with tools supporting education and program delivery, including learning management systems, instructional design platforms (e.g., Articulate or similar), virtual training platforms, data systems (e.g., REDCap), and productivity applications.

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and three years relevant program experience.
