Universal Banker

At Nova Bank, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers and community. We are seeking a customer-focused and versatile Universal Banker to join our growing team. This role combines the responsibilities of both a teller and a personal banker, providing exceptional service while supporting a wide range of banking needs for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Open new personal and business accounts and explain product features and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions and services
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking tools
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures
• Contribute to team goals by actively participating in sales and service initiatives
• Support daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining branch security standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with computers and banking technology
• Professional appearance and conduct
