JOB SUMMARY
The Universal Banker is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by handling every customer need from sales to service. The Universal Banker will make the customer feel welcome and provide solutions to customer needs and problems. Teller transactions, new accounts, consumer lending and operational activities are to be provided accurately and within set guidelines. Assistance should be given to customers, so they are familiar with and use self-service banking solutions including ATMs, on-line and mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
