Universal Banker/Financial Service Representative

Full-Time Position with the potential for leadership opportunities for the right candidate in the future. There may be flexibility in creating a work schedule for the right person but does include working alternating Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings.

The right person is an experienced, hands-on Member/Financial Services Rep who will:

Open and close member accounts, CDs, IRAs; and resolve member issues
Assist members with loan questions
Originate consumer loans and/or close consumer loan applications
Handle a Teller drawer and perform transactions for our members when needed
Be a stickler for accuracy in transactions and member records
Flexible and out-going personality
May participate in member site visits to assist with member outreach
This person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and love working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same! Will wear a lot of hats in a small branch so needs to love all those roles from Teller to Member Service Rep to Loan Rep.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 year of experience in a bank or credit union as a Service or Loan Rep and an Associate degree in Business or equivalent experience/education.

Sales experience is preferred. We think this is a unique job for a unique candidate whose skills are well-rounded, who understands the complexities of working in a small organization, and whose passion is providing accurate and outstanding service! While we love sales, we start with service.

We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus for this position to be distributed after completion of six months of employment.
