University / Campus Recruiter: 24-00079 - Urgent Position

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend college job fairs to interact with graduating students as well as for promoting our client's company brand.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, perform skills assessments, and evaluate candidates for internships and junior positions.
• Host career events for recent graduates and students belonging to relevant fields/departments.
• Develop job ads to attract potential candidates.
• Advertise current job openings to college alumni communities.
• Build relationships with college career centers and counselors.
• Build and maintain good relations with educational institutions.
• Report on the success of every career event using recruiting metrics (e.g. number of interviewed/hired candidates etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior experience as a Campus Recruiter with a sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with advertising jobs and hiring candidates for junior roles.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Sound knowledge of all candidate evaluation methods (e.g. quick assignments, group interviews, etc.).
• Experience with ATS, resume databases, and job boards.
• Exceptional networking abilities along with strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
