UPK Lead Teacher 2026/2027 School Year

We are seeking a UPK LEAD TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy!

*The start date is set for August 2026*

Potential candidates must:

• Possess active Iowa teaching license and have a Bachelor's Degree in ECE


• Be organized


• Detail-orientated


• Self-motivated


• Reliable


• Able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment


• Be able to effectively and professionally communicate with staff, children, and families

Pay rate: $26.00/hour
