Location: Phoenix, AZ - Scottsdale

Compensation and Benefits: $90,000-$100,000 annual salary, based on experience

As a Regional Culinary Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our multi-concept restaurants. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and upholding our commitment to exceptional guest service across all locations within your designated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of a fine dining restaurant concept. Ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high food quality standards, and enforce compliance with operation policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and their teams at the restaurant. Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, including sales, costs, and profitability, for each restaurant in the region. Take appropriate actions to optimize revenue, control expenses, and achieve financial targets. Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and drive operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with executive management to develop and implement business plans and growth strategies. Identify opportunities for operational improvement, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, such as sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and employee productivity. Take appropriate actions to address performance gaps and ensure achievement goals
  • Drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or related hospitality industry
  • A college degree is preferred, but a combination of practical experience and high school diploma or GED will be considered as an alternative. A degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
  • Knowledge of computer programs like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with restaurant management software. Proficiency in Compete Advantage is desirable
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the United States, and agree to background check, upon request
