$101,254.00 - $131,685.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Primarily Days
Exciting growth opportunity for an RN with proven leadership skills to manage the clinical operations and staff performance of multiple busy offsite cardiology offices providing clinical cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac testing and anticoagulation management. Must be patient centered and have a proven record of working well with staff to achieve desired outcomes. This RN will work collaboratively with the Medical Director, Administrators, and Assistant Director of Nursing to organize systems and structure that will facilitate a positive patient experience, increase access to care, and staff retention. Responsibilities include staffing, performance management, change champion, team building, problem solving, establishing standards of practice, assuring adherence to regulatory requirements, interpretation of policy and modeling of customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a role model of the IICARE values, engaged in professional growth and development, and can mentor staff and other leadership through change management. Must have excellent communication skills. The nurse manager will primarily be in Geneseo and Canandaigua and work closely with the assistant nurse managers to oversee the additional locations.
Applicants must hold an active New York State license in good standing. BSN required and MS required with 5 years of start date. Certification preferred. Applicants will have 3-5 years of experience as an RN with one to three years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
