Urethane Molder | No Weeekends | 1st Shift

We're growing our team! OMNI Technologies is looking for a 1st shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 1st shift schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm. There is potential for overtime during the week (no weekends).

Essential job duties:

Read and understand work orders
Break down material formulas using mathematical equations
Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
Promote a culture of teamwork
Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
Maintain equipment
Keep work area clean and orderly
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

High School degree or GED
Working with hand tools
Mathematical ability
Manual dexterity
Attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to read blueprints preferred
